Life With Riley: Remember Who You Are is a memoir (audiobook) that shares my beliefs on how we step more fully into the power each of us has to be happier, healthier, and more confident in the choices we make, as well as how we create beautiful outcomes in every area of our lives, no matter what our circumstances. This is a multi-faceted love story that inspires and offers an example of the magic that is possible when we understand and live according to these principles.
Life With Riley brings to light fundamental truths about life that aren't taught in most mainstream education systems, yet have a profound effect on our overall wellbeing and happiness.
I've been passionate about helping people struggle less and enjoy life more for nearly two decades. Prior to that, I earned an MBA in Finance and had a career as a consultant with a leading global software company.
My most valued role is being a mother of three children.
My son, Riley, was born in 2012.
