Join this intimate group for five online, live sessions every Thursday at 7pm EST starting Thursday, May 15 through Thursday, June 12. Each live session will run for 1.5 - 2 hours.
To receive the benefit of interacting with one another, live participation is highly encouraged. Sessions will be recorded and available for replay for one year.

In addition to the five live sessions, there will be some "work" to do each day throughout the month. Plan to devote a 15-30 minutes per day throughout the month to the practice.

Launch
After opening the space and grounding in, we will get to know one another with a circle practice that fosters meaningful connections. Subsequently, two practices will be introduced and discussed. These practices are fundamental components of the process throughout the month and will be a part of your practice every day.

Let's talk about love
We explore the infinite subject of love. What is it? How do we live from a place of love? What does that look like every day? Love is limitless and impossible to define in totality so every conversation between two or more people has the potential to uncover something we haven't before considered or a new way of living in/from/with love.
Live Session Three
Thursday, May 29
Beautiful Outcome
We will delve into this practice deeply and talk about utilizing it in our lives - no matter how complicated or difficult circumstances may be - and why we want to do so.​

Thursday, June 5
The Shadow
Life is not all love and light and that's ok. We will talk about how we recognize our shadow side, why and how we embrace it, and how we work with it.
Live Session Five
Thursday, June 12
Heal. Cleanse. Love. Repeat.
We wrap up the month talking about an approach to life called "Heal. Cleanse. Love. Repeat." and how it serves us moving forward.
Embark on this journey of self discovery. Together, we will delve into the essence of our beings, embracing vulnerability and growth in a safe, loving, nurturing, and inspiring space. Let's go on this enlightening adventure to unveil more of the authentic you and begin to incorporate it into your daily life.
